When Ad Astra CEO Tom Shaver and VP Jackie Shaver told their employees that they'd be given a world of opportunities in 2012, few associates believed that they literally meant "the world." Recently, several Ad Astra employees volunteered with us in Guatemala, assisting with a Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) program.

Ad Astra has increased its engagement with Heart to Heart over the last three years -- from making a corporate donation during the Haiti earthquake relief effort and sponsoring our Kauffman Golf Classic to contributing on a monthly basis and assembling Care Kits at their workplace and at our warehouse several times a year.

So the trip to volunteer for Heart to Heart was the next natural step in our relationship together.  We're looking forward to turning those steps into a long journey!
