The mission of the Hope for Health (H4H) project is to partner with government and community leaders to improve access to healthcare for the people of Fotabong and surrounding areas. The project is designed to strengthen the physical and human resource capacity of the Fotabong sub-divisional hospital to enable it to attain its maximum capacity and meet divisional standards of providing healthcare to the estimated 21,000 people in its catchment area. Thus improving the overall health of the community.
Objective 1: Renovation/improvement of the physical infrastructure of the Fotabong sub-divisional hospital in order to provide quality healthcare.
Objective 2: Strengthen the human resource capacity of the Fotabong sub-divisional hospital to enable it to provide quality healthcare to the population.
Objective 3: Strengthen maternal child healthcare of the Fotabong sub-divisional hospital by improving its services, infrastructure and referral systems.
Objective 4: Strengthen the Dialogue Structure via community leadership and engagement.
