As an IRS-approved 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Heart to Heart International is a public trust. When you support our humanitarian work with a cash donation, you essentially become a shareholder in our efforts to create a healthier world.
We help hurting people in virtually every corner of the world and annually support ongoing health initiatives in nearly 60 countries, including the United States.
We are efficient.
We use donations wisely. We have maintained an historically low overhead of less than 2 percent—meaning that more than 98 percent of every contribution goes directly to our programs that help people in need in the U.S. and around the world. We are effective.
Because of our partners and volunteers we are able to stretch donations further than most organizations. On average, we can transform every $1 donation into $25 worth of medical aid to help hurting people get healthier today.
