Engaging Audiences

Every year, thousands of people across the country and around the world learn more about Heart to Heart at a speaking engagement. Whether they hear about us at an academic conference, a Rotary Club meeting, a school assembly, a roundtable discussion on global health, a or an industry gathering, it is important that the audiences take another step in their journey to connect to a world in need.

Recently, we promoted our fall speaking tour with the following topics, which can be tailored for a variety of audiences:

  • “Creating a Healthier World”
    The speaker discusses issues affecting global health and engages the audience in ways to address these needs, using relevant cases from Heart to Heart’s humanitarian work around the world.
  • “Responsible Relief”
    The speaker discusses a whole range of crises and some ways individuals and groups have responded. The speaker shows how Heart to Heart works to lead a quality medical response every time, using relevant examples from recent efforts.
  • “Solutions to the Global Water Crisis”
    The speaker informs the audience about complex health issues related to the quality and quantity of the world’s water supply. The speaker engages the audience in ways to improve the situation, using examples from Heart to Heart’s WASH initiatives.
  • “The Volunteer Revolution”
    The speaker inspires the audience to get involved in a global volunteer movement to meet needs in the United States and overseas, using stories of transformed lives from Heart to Heart’s work.
  • “10 Ways to Connect to a World in Need”
    The speaker offers tangible ways the audience can join humanitarian efforts through groups like Heart to Heart. Hint: Money is only one of the ways the speaker discusses.

Members of our Board of Directors, executive team and general staff, as well as volunteers from current and past projects, are available to address your audience.
