In our pursuit to create a healthier world, we are developing innovative ways to meet global needs. Each year, hundreds of volunteer teams help achieve Heart to Heart’s mission by traveling overseas on short-term medical missions to provide basic health services.

Many of these groups utilize our Custom Order Service to meet their medical needs. Some teams, however, find that they need just “the basics” for their trip. In partnership with BD, we created the Ready Relief Box™ for these folks.

Heart to Heart developed the Ready Relief Box with medical teams and their needs in mind. Its sturdy, suitcase-like design can withstand the rigors of international travel.

The Ready Relief Box contains such items as over-the-counter pain relievers, antibiotics, topical creams, vitamins, re-hydration salts,
antacids, allergy medications, first-aid supplies, and a doctor’s bag with a new stethoscope, otoscope, blood-pressure cuff and digital thermometer.

Every medication in the box meets Heart to Heart’s stringent quality guidelines for distributing aid. The essential medicines, instruments and supplies in the box can assess and provide 400-500 treatments.
