We, in turn, distribute these donated goods through our Custom Order Service to our trusted partners and those helping people in underserved regions of the world.

We offer a number of valuable services to medical teams and healthcare facilities, including:

• Customization: Select specific medicines, medical supplies and diagnostic instruments from our Custom Order catalog for your next medical mission. If a particular item is not in our current inventory, we may be able to locate it for you, so your mission is as effective as possible. • Convenience: Order a Ready Relief Box™ and get a pre-packaged, suitcase-like box of medical aid with all of the basic medicines and supplies to provide 400-500 treatments.

• Standardized Packing: Heart to Heart assembles and wraps your customized load to domestic or international shipping standards. We then send the load on an appropriate freight service. Each group is responsible for their own shipping expenses.

• Low Cost/High Value: While Heart to Heart covers a majority of the costs for this program, we charge a nominal handling fee to organize your customized shipment. This fee helps us cover the cost of the program. You can pay by check or credit card.
