Increasing Access:

Millions of Americans are underinsured and completely uninsured. Many families face difficult choices between home, food and health expenses. Heart to Heart helps in one of these critical choices by working alongside free health clinics across the country to provide basic medical care to underserved people. Much of our support comes in the form of donated medical aid, which helps stretch each agency’s budget, so they can focus on their mission at hand—helping people in their local community.

We also participate in community health fairs that promote healthy living, provide health screenings and connect local residents to affordable, local sources of ongoing healthcare. We often bring one of our mobile clinics to the health fair, drawing attention and awareness to the community event.
