Heart to Heart is improving global health through humanitarian initiatives that connect people and resources to a world in need. A major strategy in “connecting people and resources” is our humanitarian network around the world. In order to expand our global reach, we have come to rely on humanitarian groups already in the field. We have developed effective working relationships to address long-term health concerns, as well as provide timely medical responses during times of crisis.
