Heart to Heart has partnered with Food for the Poor for the past few years to increase access to healthcare and support local communities. We support Food for the Poor’s work in the Caribbean and Latin America with container shipments of medicines and supplies to local hospitals and health clinics. We were Food for the Poor’s largest donor in 2007, which included a $25 million donation of meningococcal vaccine from Wyeth Pharmaceuticals for Food for the Poor’s work in the Dominican Republic.
