Care Beyond the Boulevard’s Harm Reduction Health Fair

Heart to Heart’s Community Health team will be partnering with one of our most regular collaborators, Care Beyond the Boulevard, at their Harm Reduction Fair! We will be offering free A1c tests, TDaP vaccines, hygiene kits, hydration packs, and menstrual hygiene supplies!
