Hygiene Kit Distributions

Our hygiene kits contain soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, and other essentials that help prevent illness and promote dignity after disaster strikes.

Mobile Medical Units

We deploy self-contained mobile medical clinics to provide basic healthcare in disaster-affected and under-resourced communities.

Nonprofit Partnerships

We partner with schools, shelters, and nonprofit organizations to deliver hygiene kits and medical aid to communities in need through our Disaster Response and Access to Medicine programs.

School-Based Community Health Programs

Through our community health initiatives, we collaborate with schools to offer free health screenings, vaccinations, and ongoing education—empowering students and families with preventative care.

Clinics and Lab Support

Our Laboratory program installs essential lab equipment and testing technology in clinics in under-resourced communities, enabling fast, reliable point-of-care testing to improve diagnosis and treatment.

Critical Medication Distribution

Through our Access to Medicine we provide essential medicines to clinics, hospitals, and organizations in under-resourced communities around the world.

Mental Health Support

Through our Community Health program, we provide resources to help communities manage stress, trauma, and emotional well-being.

Vision Screenings

Our Community Health program partners with other organizations to provide free eye exams and referrals to ensure children and adults can access the vision care they need for everyday success.

Women’s Health Services

We partner with local clinics to offer vital screenings and education for breast and cervical cancer prevention.

Vaccination Access

We help increase immunization rates by offering free vaccines, including flu and COVID-19, in under-resourced communities.

Diabetes Reduction Program

This evidence-based program focuses on screening, early intervention, and long-term lifestyle support to reduce type 2 diabetes risk in high-need communities.

Medical Testing in Ghana

Medical testing plays a vital role in delivering effective healthcare services. However, remote communities in Ghana face significant challenges due to limited access to laboratory diagnostics. To address this issue, Heart to Heart International has partnered with BD, a global leader in medical technology, and Millennium Promise, a nonprofit organization focused on disease diagnosis and prevention in Ghana. Our partners at Millennium Promise stated, ‘”The completion of the Laboratory Block marks a transformational step in healthcare delivery for the community.”

Kusewera, Malawi

We distributed 8,000 Hygiene kits to 600 youth from the community. The items in the kits are considered a luxury to most of the community, (even basic soap and washcloth) so they were incredibly helpful in the aim to promote health and good hygiene for all of them. They were so happy! The health of these youth will be improved immensely! Every single recipient of the hygiene kits was so very grateful. One said to us “I can now feel good and keep clean, zikomo!”
