Maui Health Clinic Now Open Thanks to Partnership

Heart to Heart International, Americares and Project Vision Hawai’i are transforming disaster relief into lasting community support. Following initial shipments of medication and hygiene kits in the aftermath of the devastating 2023 Maui wildfires, we joined forces to donate a fully equipped medical clinic to assist those affected by the disaster. Free Eye Exams and Glasses Bring Focus to Kids

For many children, school can be a struggle. But for some, a hidden hurdle has been their vision. Unable to see the board clearly, they often don’t realize their sight is impaired and simply struggle through.

However, that’s all changing now! Our Community Health program has partnered with University Health, the National Association of Hispanic Nurses, and the KC Free Eye Clinic to provide free eye exams and glasses to students at a Kansas City elementary school. This incredible initiative is making a real difference in the lives of these young learners.

Improving Health and Empowerment in Zambia
In partnership with Cross Catholic Outreach, we are bringing essential aid and empowerment to under-resourced communities in Zambia. Together, we’re delivering essential medicines, medical supplies, crutches and wheelchairs to Zambians in need.

Critical Lab Results for Mississippi Health Clinic

Jackson Free Clinic is a student-run nonprofit that provides free medical, dental, and therapy services every Saturday, breaking barriers imposed by insurance or income.

HHI has equipped the clinic with critical laboratory technology that enables staff to offer immediate testing and results during patient visits. This streamlines care within the clinic and also extends to outreach events, ensuring essential testing reaches those in need.
