The Hike with Heart 2015

HWH-Logo-color-012663 miles.  Five months. One hiker.

Inspired by a passion for the outdoors, 24 year old Nathaniel Farmer is tackling the Pacific Crest Trail.  Stretching 2,663 miles from Mexico to Canada, the PCT winds through three western states and takes a hiker through some of the most remote mountain wilderness found in the US.

Nathaniel has two goals – hike the entire PCT & raise $10,000 for Heart to Heart International* while doing it.

Look below for Hike Updates, see the route Nathaniel is taking and support the effort with a t-shirt!
