Project Homeless Connect

Our community health team will be at Project Homeless Connect hosted by reStart. We will be offering free A1c tests and TDaP vaccines to our unhoused community members. We will also be supporting this event by providing free hygiene kits to all attendees.

Sock Hop

We will be supporting the Wyandotte/Leavenworth Area Agency on Aging at their Sock Hop! We will be offering free TDaP and MMR vaccines to seniors in attendance.
